Anna's teacher sent her home with some books to practice her reading, especially "sight words." Anna is making great progress. Maybe next week we'll post a video of her reading Harry Potter! We'll save "War and Peace" for next month...

Snow Days!!!

After Christmas, the girls went back to school for 2 days, then were lucky enough to have a snow day. I think we got an inch?

Rachel turned 14!

Rachel had a slumber party for her 14th birthday. Left to right: Michaela, Chelsea, Rachel, Hailey, Hailey and Tara. Leah was the camera person and of course, Sara, Aletta and Anna couldn't stay away from the fun. In fact, one of the Haileys was nice to Anna and read her a bedtime story.

Ward Christmas Party Dec.18th

Nathan is testing out Santa's seat.

Anna was afraid to visit Santa, but we lead her up there and she willing posed for a picture.

Since Rachel went up to visit Santa, Sara decided it was okay to do that too.

There was a very good turnout for the party. They had to bring out more chairs and tables. Rachel brought her sleepover friends to the party.
